SHORE ACRES
I collaborated with @simplyorganizedspaces, where we efficiently utilized a wide array of items that the homeowner already possessed in order to effectively organize various rooms within the house:
Her Closet
Laundry Room
Pool House - Office | Workout Room
Garage

Use What You Have
We don’t always have to purchase product. This is case by case.

MOVE THINGS AROUND
Repurposing furniture in a room can truly transform its ambiance and functionality. By reimagining the placement and purpose of each piece, you have the opportunity to breathe new life into the space, creating a fresh and unique environment that aligns perfectly with your personal style and needs.
GARAGE
Things Can Always Go Up
Make sure you are always utilizing the space to its best ability. Going up with the racks allowed for the space the owners wanted, but still made it very accessible. This goes for the bikes on the wall.
What We Did
-
She had all the hangers, making the post-closet-clearout organization a breeze. With everything taken out from the closet, all that was left to do was introduce a couple of handy bins. Switch the hangers around. The shoe hanger was taken down, her lengthy hanging pieces found a new spot on the opposite side, and the makeup/jewelry nook got a well-deserved makeover. Our tweaks aimed to optimize the usability of the space effectively.

In this particular laundry room project, our approach involved making the most of the existing items available, as we did not acquire any new products specifically for this space. We relied on the resources already present to create a functional and organized environment that met the owner's needs and preferences.

We were able to relocate her work table into the open nook, transforming it into her dedicated art space. With this adjustment, she gained additional space for her workout equipment situated on the opposite side of the room. Repositioning the desk downwards, we reorganized it for more efficient daily functionality. As well as displaying all her reading material and giving the family to hang out and watch TV.

We assisted in sorting and reorganizing the garage, recommending the acquisition of two ceiling storage racks to maximize space usage. These racks were intended to be installed above the garage doors, a task that the homeowner chose to undertake independently. Following our guidance, all storage boxes were neatly arranged and clearly labeled, streamlining the process for the homeowner to simply hang the racks and position the boxes accordingly. Additionally, the homeowner planned to mount the bicycles on the central garage wall. The result of our efforts was a well-organized garage layout that now allows for the convenient parking of two trucks inside.
